Step 1
Using one Flavor Magic sheet as a
guide, trim a portion of your
favorite meat, fish or poultry to fit
the sheet. The thickness should be
½” – 1”.
Step 3
Wrap the plate tightly with plastic
cling film. Refrigerate until ready
to cook (at least 30 minutes). As
with any marinade, the longer the marination the bolder the flavor.

Step 2
Place the sheet on a plate or tray,
spice side up. Lightly moisten the
food with water and place it on the sheet.

Step 4
Remove the food from the sheet,
then discard the sheet. Your food
is now perfectly seasoned and
ready to sauté, grill, steam, bake
or microwave as desired.
